Our Church

Do not use your Christian freedom as an opportunity for the flesh, but through Love serve one another (Galatians 5:13).

Our Church

Properly speaking, our church really isn’t ours; the church belongs to Jesus Christ. He is the head of His church and is the foundation of all that we believe and do in His name. We gather for worship regularly (most often on Sunday, the day of the week Jesus rose from the dead) to receive His blessed forgiveness according to the “good news” Gospel and to be strengthened for sacrificial service to our neighbors in need.

Our church exists to bear witness to Jesus Christ as the only Savior of the world. We work together to fulfill this mission through the Gospel ministry of preaching, teaching, and caring for our community and by supporting worldwide missions and ministry through our affiliation with the Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod. We love and care for one another and all those who do not yet know Jesus as their Lord and Savior. That love is motivated by our Savior, who first loved us and called us to love one another.
